Samantha McDaniel

Personal Experience

Samantha is an Austin Texas native who moved to East Texas ten years ago. She attended Round Rock High School. Samantha graduated the University of Texas at Tyler with her bachelor’s in English before attending the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law. While at UNT, Samantha served on the Student Bar Associate as the Parliamentarian and Vice President, worked on the executive board of the American Constitution Society, and competed on the TYLA Mock Trial team.

While she enjoyed living in Dallas, she was anxious to return home to Tyler. Samantha specializes in Family Law and Probate. She has been an associate at the Moran Law Firm for a year and enjoys helping East Texans through the stress and complexity of their family law cases.
