Personal Experience
Born and raised in Dallas, Lydia De La Luz moved to East Texas in August of 2022. For 22 years she was a mortgage banking professional who always had a curiosity and fascination with law. During her tenure in finance she worked in the Executive Office of Chase Bank partnering with legal counsel on escalated matters involving litigation, compliance, fraud, discrimination and reputational damage. After much encouragement from friends and family, Lydia decided to pursue a career in the legal field. As a result of her attention to detail and financial prowess, Lydia is frequently assigned to cases which involve extensive assets and real property. She has partnered with forensic accountants to ensuring our clients get a just and fair division of the community estate. Lydia comes from a family of Veterans and has dedicated much of her life to advocating, building a book of business and participating in philanthropy for Veterans.
Lydia is a classically trained mezzo soprano with a passion for music. She is fiercely loyal to her family, friends and loved ones. In her free time she enjoys cooking, nature, meditation and stand up comedy.
