Lesley Neel and Lisa Moran were instrumental inresolving a terrible misunderstanding with Bank of America. When my husband died last June, the bank froze our bank account stating it was a Custodial account. We had planned years ago by enlisting Elder attorneys to get our ducks in a row including all documents we might need with my husband being ill with two types of Alzheimer’s. We had numerous documents all in a notebook along with our Wills. Bank of America would not accept the copies of our wills. They said we would need a letter from a judge with a probated will. After eight months of waiting with the help of legal aid, we finally had a zoom meeting with a judge who approved and signed the Order Admitting Will to Probate as Muniment of Title. After waiting for another month , the account was finally released after Lisa Moran and Lesley Neel stepped in and dealt with Bank of America for me. What a great blessing to have them as my attorney and paralegal. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with any problem.
